Kitchen + Master Bath Remodel – Franklin, TN
This comprehensive renovation transformed an outdated 1990s home into a modern oasis. The complete gut renovation included removing walls to create an open-concept kitchen with high-end finishes including quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and a striking subway tile backsplash that extends to the ceiling.
In the master bathroom, we replaced a cramped shower/tub combo with a spacious walk-in tile shower featuring a rainfall showerhead, built-in niche, and frameless glass door. The double vanity with vessel sinks and custom lighting creates a spa-like atmosphere that the homeowners enjoy daily.

This 30x40 insulated pole barn provides versatile space for equipment storage, workshop activities, and more. Built on a reinforced concrete slab foundation, the structure features professional-grade construction that will stand the test of time.
We installed complete electrical systems with 220V service to power heavy equipment, along with energy-efficient LED lighting throughout. The side entry provides convenient access, while the main doors accommodate large vehicles and machinery.

This comprehensive renovation touched every aspect of this 1970s Nashville home. Working closely with the homeowners, we developed a phased approach that allowed them to remain in the home during much of the renovation process while completely transforming both interior and exterior elements.
The project included structural modifications to create more open living spaces, complete kitchen and bathroom overhauls, new flooring throughout, updated electrical and plumbing systems, and a full exterior refresh with new roof, siding, and windows.

We completed a full tear-off of the existing shingle layers, replaced damaged decking, installed new ice and water shield in valleys and around penetrations, and applied premium architectural shingles with enhanced wind resistance.
